I don't need the towing ability, I don't really need to carry over a ton of weight in the back either. Right now you can get a great deal on a new 2010 Ranger- it varies between mid 13k to low 15k for a standard cab model. I'm checking into that option now, I was hoping to compare the Ranger against the Mahindra but if they stick with their 22k entry price and no launch in sight, it may push me to a very practical decision.

You can >sorta< put 5 people into a Ranger... :whisting: The TR40 doesn't carry 2750 lbs and the "close to 30" mpg highway (the quote is from the M&M TR catalog) is for the 4x2 -pete
