Top Gear is true greatness. Middle aged men acting like little boys and traveltrailer genocide.

OK so saw this last night - typically funny, felt bad for them with altitude sickness. HOWEVER, as they were bitching about loss of power, why did not one of these car geeks get out and lean out the fuel mixture on the carb? Hell, I learned that when I was 8 years old when we vacationed form Ontario (300') to high country in the american west (6500'+). You would think they could ball park it for the short time required, and these guys have been around long enough to know that one.

Default thin air and changing the air-fuel mixture...

I think that "the boys" themselves ran out of air before the trucks did.

Remember, this particular car show requires some minor level of "disbelief suspension" by the viewer. The production crew probably adjusted the mixture off-camera for effect. Purists decry the show because of this. I consider it part of the enertainment value of the show.
