It looks like it has quite a bit of fiberglass on it. I would guess a highly customized TR40 or Scorpio.

That is a Mahindra Scorpio SUV that has been cut up and reworked. There is a web page where the guy (I think Indian) describes what he did and shows pictures in progress, followed by some "fantasy" pictures of him and his vehicle photo shopped into scenes. It looks like he may have access to a body shop, or may work in one. Somewhere back in the dark ages it was linked to on this forum, good luck finding it.

Okay, I looked it up: http://www.4x4offroads.com/mahindra-...rom-india.html

From the pics, it looks like it's mostly metal. Link to photos of the build: Mahindra Planet: Mahindra Mods: A Scorpio Off-Roader

Thanks yall for helping me find out what I wanted to know.

Oh no I'm in trouble. After seeing howmuch welding he did on his Scorpio if I get one I don't think it will spend much time out of the shop.

Not sure if I'm digging the 4 hoodlights (pun intended, sorry, had to say it), but the builder has some talent alright!

At first I saw this and I was totaly blown away. Now I'm not so hot on it. After seeing some pictures about he built it its just not that cool. If you go to the site Mahindra Scorpio SUV From India. Look at all the pictures the one that botherd me the most was the one where I could tell how he got those BAD @$$ tires and rims on that truck. He used for lack of a better word roter extenders. coming off his breaks is a piece of pipe with a flang on eather end one end with lug bolts the other end with lug nuts. I have seen this done before, You have to take off the rim and the extender to change your roter, and it makes tire and brake changers suck a little bit more. Worst of all I just don't like it, it just seems flimsy and light being unsupported like that also makes balancing harder. If you dont get the alinement and weldign right on the two flanges you better NEVER go very fast it will beat you to pieces and then fly abart on you, Hello repair bill. I never liked the hoodlights. If you do, do somthing like this you now only have two doors. but I do like the lack of the line on the side of the truck.

WHoa... if he's using wheel extenders, I hope he set up the bearings and ball joints to handle it all... Else the thing is goann come apart in the near term from all that extra loading. Well, his truck, whatever, I still give him credit for trying.
