It's all good..

Still loving my 2009 Hilux, getting 26 MPG around the dirt roads and the mountains. Just added electric brake controller to pull my Casita with. Only problems this summer so far is that the raccoons are have eaten over 1000 lbs of my grapes and I tangled a Cat 315D trackhoe with a tree and just got a repair bill for $3100 dollars, OUCH.

According to Automotive News, the arbitration hearing was supposed to begin today, August 30.

Not sure I completely understand, but reading that I take it to mean that win or lose, Mahindra wins. The dealers are screwed, and Mahindra is left to enter the U.S. market on their own terms, which they probably won't.

Waiting for the official result though.
