First dealer sues Mahindra

It was just a matter of time, but the first lawsuit has been filed by one of the dealers in the network set up by Global Vehicles. They are looking to make it a class action suit, and are suing Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and Global Vehicles USA both.

Wowsers. I know that a lot of the dealers, maybe even most, are still working with GV to go after Mahindra still. I wonder how long that will last.

Other then their tractors,I doubt if we see any other mahindra badged vehicles.Since they are in so many partnerships around the world they may end up here with a name we can't pronounce,LOL.

As far as the lawsuits goes,The dealers will win.Neither GV or Mahindra will slide on this one.Money exchanged hands and zero products were delivered,JMHO.

Just found that article myself and popped over to MTF to dish..
This is definitely to be expected. It was a matter of time before some dealers got upset enough to find a way to get their money back. I'm not sure why GV wouldn't just work things out with individual dealers though (I suspect they have). The article only quotes the filed complaint and does NOT offer comments from GV or M&M. I have to imagine one or the other will offer a response soon.
