This is the longest saga ever. I get the impression that Global Vehicles has just given up though, with taking down their website and all. Maybe they are hoping that London will simply help them recover some of their investment.

With the Mahindra group using the term "award" from the arbitration group, I would guess a settlement is in place, which is why GV took down their web site. They are just waiting for the hammering out of the final amount with will be decided this fall.
