Saw this yesterday. It looks like they'll let the British arbitration take place and decide what actions to take. I think ultimately both sides realized that they no longer have a superior offering with the MPG so low and the volumes won't really be there so Mahindra can offshoot the risks to GV with low sales volumes. (they'll likely only sell about 20k not the 100+ they thought)

Maybe it will help them speed up the 3rd gen model to actually offer a decent product for the US and world market.

I agree with your take on this howam00.

Perez is apparently claiming that the 4x2 TR20 will achieve 30mpg. Interesting. I believe the next generation trucks will get better mpg as well.

Hint: 3rd Generation Scorpio/TR = Genio
