Whoops, didn't mean to trump you on the threads, Pee Wee. Got the press release and just threw it up (threw up?) on MP. Actually, M&M has thrown up on MP...

No prob, MP, I should have known you'd be all over it. I guess GV figures if they pile enough headaches up together M&M might just get right with things.

I would say GV is using the "guilt trip" thing on m&m to try to shame them into doing the right thing, but of course it ain't gonna work.I do indeed get a huge kick outta GV when ever they dump on m&m.......I love it actually. If m&m really wants to play in our sandbox, they damn well better go by OUR rules. If not,we'll never see a tr anything from them, and thats okay too now.I would never trust them enough to take a chance on any of their products.

My sentiments EXACTLY, Toxic!

Seems like GV is attempting to try this in the court of public opinion. Too bad that isn't where it will be decided.

If they're trying to gain public sympathy for their predicament, they need to be careful. If they manage to get M&M labeled as "the bad guy, the enemy", if M&M eventually decides straight ahead is the best plan and let the original deal with GV stand, then GV now has to convince people that it is now okay to spend their money on a Mahindra product, they have stopped being bad and won't do anything else to complain about. It kind of looks like GV needs to sell out to Mahindra to get out from under the cloud, however if they do that the value of the distributorship goes down because there is no longer the advocate with a reputation for honest dealing in place. Are they cutting off their nose to spite their face? After all the plans and hopes they (GV) must have had, it has got to be royally frustrating for things to take the turn that they have, but surely they've had time to consider the options, and this is the best thing to do? I guess they're figuring some kind of negotiated buy out settlement is the most likely conclusion, and the chances of continuing as distributor are nil. Man, what a train wreck and we all get to watch it.
