Good work Mikeo! You just got yourself published in the #1 online magazine for Mahindra Trucks!

well that's more insight thany any of us had this morning. Maybe it's GV grasping for straws here and Mahindra is in the right. What ever the outcome I just hope to see a truck before X-mas. Based on the dealer roll-outs I doubt this actually happens before the first of the year (Idaho is a long way from Georgia)

My question is where does this leave the dealers that bought franchises? Is Mahindra going to deal with them or start over?

My bet is that they arbitrate an agreement within the next few weeks and GV will start selling trucks sometime in Dec or Jan. Both companies have sunk mucho coin into rolling out these trucks and are in business to make money, little else counts.

Default GV is screwed

That makes it sound like Mahindra screwed over GV fair and square. Have GV do the leg work to study feasibility, let the contract expire, then give it six months to set up their own distribution system. Since I am sure GV is asking the courts to block Mahindra from setting up their own distribution system, Mahindra can blame GV for any delays.

I sure hope Mikeo is correct since I really want a TR20 more than ever after reading overall EPA of 30 mpg. If the article is 100% accurate, I will never buy anything from Mahindra for years since that would prove they are out to screw people. They would not be a good gamble.

Updated again. Mahindra is demanding that GV stops using the Mahindra name for marketing or on their website. Way to rally the troops against you, Mahindra!

WOW that is just Ugly.
-----------------------------
Hey this just hit me

I bet that list of 28,142 people signed up on the US site for a sneak peak at the truck is property of GV.

That's quite a first year introduction contact list they have there that M&M may not have access to if things to there way

Didn't Mahindra basically say the suit was groundless since it's in a U.S. court and they're an Indian company? If so, it sure sounds like GV can tell them to pack sand.

None of which is helping get trucks here any quicker...

No, they said the agreement with GV expired June 11.
