Things have been a little slow around MahindraTruckForum.com while we wait for Mahindra to bring their trucks to the US. While that could still happen this winter, that’s a good 5 months away! So, the people that brought you mahindratruckforum.com(ok, maybe it is just one guy), have been laboring night and day to bring you another truck site that you will enjoy.Ladies and gentlemen, I bring you the new and improved TruckProfile.com. The Mahindra truck is never coming. If it does come, I predict law suits by owners who will not be able to get even the most basic of maintainance parts. I was promised a look at one in '06, I was promised a ride in one in 07. In '08 I was put on the list for the 'Ride across America,' so I could be one of the first to test drive one. I was promised that the DFW dealer would have "1" in 2009, and in Jan of 2010 I stopped caring. I wasn't trying to outfit HERTZ or AVIS, but I did want to buy 4 for our OK based company. In May I totally gave up when our CPA said "if they're are having this much trouble getting the trucks in, imagine trying to get a water pump for one!"
I personally will boycott Mahindra no matter what the MPG or the cost of the truck. Their story hasn't changed in five years. Watch for lawsuits from any potential dealer who paid them any money upfront. Good Night and Good Luck.
