The could "refute" the allegations and start selling the trucks here that would be a start .

I would say the term "groundless charges" would be refuting allegations.

If they were ready don't you think they wouldn't be selling the trucks here now? Exactly what do you think Mahindra gains by jacking around if they are ready?

"Mahindra intends to refute GV’s allegations that Mahindra has not held up to US vehicle delivery expectations."

My guess is they're going to mount a defense along the lines of Bill Clinton's "it depends on what your definition of 'is' is" defense. :-)

This is a show for GV to show their dealers that they are doing something. What are the chances that this lawsuit will be heard in the next 6 months? By then Mahindra will have trucks here or will have decided to not sell trucks here.

I am basically giving up on the idea Mahindra will be selling trucks here by 1/1/2011. Can anybody tell me why I keep coming back here?

Just like looking at a bad car wreck, you know you shouldn't but you can't stop yourself.

Good analogy. As somebody who used to work on an ambulance, I am acting like the people who used to irritate me.

Too true there, I just loiter around to watch the hilarity of this soap opera of a company.
