I am not sure if that is good or bad news but at least we know a bit more, thank you. It sounds like you need to turn those sites over to Mahindra. I would bet they'll just drop it after that but I do understand where you are coming from. A phone call or email would have sufficed.

Well, I've just submitted my arbitration response. I should know more about the findings in two weeks. When this is all put to bed, I'll share the details. If I win or lose, it's still up to Mahindra to decide how they want to be perceived in the US.
