I agree. I think there is a place for this truck in the US. Personally, I'm more concerned with towing capacity. According to their specs it will tow around 2300Kg/5000lb braked, and around 1800Kg/4000lb un-braked. That would work for me. My only 'issue', not that it looks bad, is that I would like to see it look a little more truck-like.

the shape and style is obviously for better mileage. If it looked more "truck like" it wouldn't be as efficient.

I truely hope there will be more small to mid size truck offerings because frankly if they tried to have a good product they would sell. Maybe not 300,000 units but enough to be profitable in this niche.
