What type of tires do you hope to see available on these trucks and the suv's?

I am sure with the comfort of these trucks they will need a good tire for street usage that will give them the mud n snow ability.

For people who intend to use these trucks for work. A light truck tire will be desired. Again while at the cattle sale barn I was looking at the tires and heres a few I saw.

Cooper Discoverer H/T (surprizing to me because the tread isn't as agressive as I expected to see)

Cooper Discoverer STT ( this was on another friends truck. His an 85yo man! haha)

Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor, nice looking tires and look like real work tires!

I didn't look at all the pickups out there. I will look at more each time I go to a sale and make note of what people are running out the cattle sale barns I visit.

I personally would like something similar to some goodyear MTRs in 235/85-16
Michelin ZXLs
Yokohama Geolandar MT
Stuff like that.
"Pizza cutter" style , as they say.

I'm hoping that they have the least agressive tread possible. Just a plain old road tread. I do a lot of driving on the beach in sand and the last thing you want is big knobs digging their way down. Slicks aired down to a few pounds would be the best. The tires on my bicycle have larger treads than my F250. LOL

BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A’s. I’m highly biased. I’ve run the A-Ts on various trucks for the last 15 years. I’ve easily gotten 45k-50k miles out of them, they are quiet and can’t beat their snow and dry weather traction. We get 150 inches of snow every winter here, so that is key for me. Off road the A-Ts are decent, but I would be 90% on road with the Mahindra. I run BFG Mud-Terrains on my trail truck anyway.

Whatever next pickup I buy, I'll probably pull the stock tires... too often, they are compromise tires. I like the Nokian AT's I put on my Nissan... but if I use this thing a lot, I'll put a summer/road tire on for most of the year, and some high-end snows on for winter.

I too would be about 90% on raod and we only get about a foot of snow here in the valley. Maybe a little more but that is over a 3 month window. If I start skiing again I'll put something a little more agressive on for winter but I bet that won't happen for another couple of years. (my 3 year old needs to be about 5-6 before I put her in skiis)

I am sure whatever is on there will be sufficient enough for me most of the time.

I drive so few miles that I have only had to replace one set of tires on any vehicle I've ever owned.
