The Leather upgrade looks very nice, the one i saw did not have the cloth on the door panels, all leather or vinyl.
I just received an email from a man named Mike that drove the older version all over europe: When are your first vehicles due in. I have lived in Europe for 13 years and you are about to start selling bulletproof vehicles. I want the SUV but the 4 seat truck will be fine for now. We drove one across the desert from Baghdad to Mosul and it was great. Older version of course. US Army. Runs all over Kuwait as well.

Mike

that leather looks pretty soft. Better than I was anticipating. Hopefully the rest of the truck is better than we are expecting.

Not to be a detractor, but it looks like it's aftermarket leather to me. Especially with the cloth inserts in the door panels. (That's usually a dead give away)

Notice the extra looseness at the butt seating area on the driver's side. It'll fold over and crease within a month or so of use. Not good.

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully they'll perfect that in time. More signs of reaching beyond their production comfort level.

Hopefully without the goofy looking wood in the center.

I want to keep the cost down so I'm not even interested in leather seating. Just give me a good inexpensive pickup to own and operate that will be durable and reliable. Basically I'm looking for a smaller truck similar to what Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Chevrolet, and Ford used to produce. All the manufacturers left the small pickup market and moved them up to mid-sized. The problem being mid-sized pickup are about the same price as half ton pickups....sometimes even more expensive.

I don't mind a mid sized pickup but they make them so darned expensive.

If Mahindra will allow me to purchase a pickup with basic options of a/c, manual, criuse control, and power locks I'd be happy.

Yes, I'd prefer a manual transmission over an automatic.

Totally, Totally agree. We want a TRUCK not a fancy city 'look at me' showboat . . . . Ford, Chev and friends can get those that need it all the useless leather they will ever need.

Let' not confuse the poor M&M marketing staff.
