Default Sarasota Mahindra Site-Interesting

Register to stop seeing this ad!

Just found the Sarasota Mahindra site. They have pictures of their new facility, even including the toilets.

They also have their ordered truck inventory. NO TR20's in 4WD.

Thanks for the link. Very interesting. Pretty close to home here so it's exciting that I will be able to test drive one not to far away. I did notice they did not have any 2door 4x4's. Interesting.

Edit , I like that video. I like how they use the WW2 jeep to advertise. That ad in the begin and end of the video must be from Australia. So you got the Mahindra, you got the girl! Ha gotta love marketing.

Default Every Lux 4dr has leather?

They added leather on all of their Lux 4dr models that I saw, which means there's nothing in thier system I'd want, but it is nice that they posted the inventory on line.

White or silver/four doors/4WD/Lux package/trailer pkg.

Default most of us are the exception to the rule

I think they are figuring that anyone who is in the market for a TR20 is buying a work truck and wants it stripped (well, as basic as they are offering at the moment). While I have no interest in leather, I definitely would want the cruise, and am on the fence about 4wd. Maybe the EPA ratings will help me decide (just when are they planning on dropping that news on us?). I wonder if an online service like carsdirect.com will be handling the Mahindras? I can't blame any dealer for being cautious with their first order of trucks, so I might not be buying from the closest dealer in order to get what I want- and yes, I am planning on buying one unless they have any unpleasant surprises in store. I applaud the Sarasota dealer for getting their online act together, which suggests they have it together in other ways as well. Now, if GV and M&M can pick up some slack . . .

Glad to see a dealer website up and running. Not ordering a 2dr with 4wd seems like a mistake to me. the 4dr bed would be too short for me so 2dr is my only option.

the first stripped work truck I had was a 79' f-150 4x4 the only option was AC not even a radio. Oh well DeLand is closer to me anyways. I'd just like to see these things on the road, if they aren't out by beginning/mid 2010 I think I will move on to something else.
