Mahindra,

I got tired of waiting. Okay, not really, the old truck gave up the ghost and I was forced to pull the trigger.
Be good, guys. '11 model Colorado. Bought for $300 over net/net, and then pulled off $4600 dollars of incentives.
Bottom line, $20,000.00 plus taxes.

There's $2000 of dealer cash on crew cabs right now which isn't advertised, and the rest were points from my GM card.

Default Colorado Update

Just passed 2000 miles.
Averaging 21.5 mpg while running 70-75 on the freeways. City/Highway combined about 21 even.

Likes: The ride, power of the 5 cyl, real rear doors, and the tailgate shuts like a car door, perfect ride height for skirt watching.

Dislikes: Tight turning radius just a bit less than the state of Texas, Onstar, which I'll remove (I don't like the idea of somebody having the ability to track my vehicle.)

The only thing I wish it had is a tailgate lock, other than that, I really enjoy it.

Removing the On Star is something Iv thought of removing (dont like big brother keeping track of me) but in the one free year given has helped twice.Once my son locked the keys in the truck in the middle of nowhere and boom they unlocked it in less than 5 minutes. And once when on the road I picked up some contaminated fuel and it sent a message to my computer saving a sure breakdown. They have offered a free 6 months service a couple times so Iv had On Star for close to 2 years for free. But no way Ill pay for the service, they have allready got me hooked on XM with the free subscription at purchace, now costing $52 for 3 months to listen to Howard.
