I won't ask what you do for a living if you live in Cave Junction...(just kidding since you said earlier you are retired). I am in Salem, but I used to work as a forester in the area north of Grants Pass. When I lived in Medford I drove through Cave Junction regulary and visited the caves twice.

Nice ride Pete, awesome imho.Back in the 60's street racing was where the money was.A sanctioned drag strip meant you had to run almost all day for peanuts, and there wuz rools. On the street you run once, win or lose.Win you collect whatever was the bet, lose you pay.All done with in seconds.I was very good at this with my little Mustang. While the big blocks were smoking their tires going nowhere,I was down to the finish line.My point:No matter where I went and who I raced there was always some a$$hole telling me my car wasn't $hit and his was better.Okay mouth, lets get out there and run one I would say. They ALWAYS had virtually the same answer.....well,it's my dad's car,or my cousins car etc.It turned out they didn't have anything of their own to run.

thanks dude, appreciated. She's a good little pony. I've gotten those same excuses over time as well. These days, I mostly play w/ my kid and his Challenger, and run my wife and her RX8 on a parking-lot cone-track. It's all good fun.
