I contacted the seller who said he acquired it with a foreign title. I can only assume NO. I am sure there is a story regarding how he came to own it in Texas

The engine/trans and other cool pieces,parts can go into an "American" yota,right?

What a shame to have to do such a thing to get around misguided EPA regs. As long as your Taco has a valid US VIN and you have the skill to engineer the solution and pass inspection --- yea. It would be painful to watch that 09truck destroyed.

...or you could just buy it and stick it in climate controlled storage until 2034 (2024 if you happen to be Stove Warrior or any of our other Neighbors to the North).
