Perhaps, a dealer can answer -- what is your redress if you do not receive vehicles? Is the contract with Global as an agent for Mahindra?

What will happen if Global does not file a suit in the US and the London arbitration goes against Global?

Aren't the franchises about $100,000 as I recall? Who will be responsible for the loss if/when trucks are not delivered?

Bottom line to me is that if Mahindra does not sell here and use these dealers then it's pretty simple they owe them and GV their money back!!No exceptions!!
