Wasn't there supposed to be a hearing or something back on November 15, regarding the Global/Mahindra contract dispute? Anybody know what the outcome was? Or are they still reviewing it?

Excellent question and I don't think any of us have an answer. I wonder if someone is so intrepid to call or email the county records to get a copy of the court filing.

I perused the copy of the original filing online, but it wasn't on this site (maybe MP linked to it on Jalopnik?). It seems like if anything conclusive came out of the court hearing we should have heard about it. One thing- Perez had recently been saying keep your hopes up for a spring '11 launch, but most recently he was quoted saying something that sounded like it might not be settled until after their day in court (whenever that will be). Other than reading between the lines, no news. Here's the link to the lawsuit for those with nothing better to do:

Bad Karma, PeeWee....

McAfee SiteAdvisor blocked my access to the page link because

...it attempted to make unauthorized changes to our test computer by exploiting a browser security vulnerability. This is a serious security threat which could lead to an infection of your computer.

I dunno, but as much as I want to view the document, I don't want bad things happening to my PC.

Can you turn it into a .PDF and post it?

Most Sincerely,

Jalopnik is a pretty reputable website, but I'll go there with my trusty mac and see if I can compile those docs into a PDF for you

I did a little follow up on that, here is what I learned: it was to be in U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia. There is a procedure for public access to their records, you have to register with a credit card and you can download pages for 8 cents each, maximum $2.40 per document. I wasn't that driven by curiosity, so I didn't do it. They refer to it as Pacer (of course being government they need an acronym) which stands for Public Access to Court Electronic Records. If anyone wants to go through the effort, please let the rest of us know what you found.
