Just got this in my inbox

No mention that the delay is tied up in lawsuits and the distribution may be suspect.

Weasels.

Momma alway taught me:

"If you don't have anything nice to say, shut yer piehole."

That said, we really can't say with any surety who is the "weasel" in this situation although my impression is a bit different from you.

It's okay to be upset about all this but it really is not the beginning of world war three. When it is all said and done, 10 years from now nobody is gonna remember any of this.

Take it easy - count to ten - and watch it unfold one way or the other.

On the upside, maybe John Prerez knows something positive is happening.

We sure don't. That's a fact.

Nearly always positive ;^) I remain,

I never got an email However, you are right, no need to bring up the lawsuits with everyone. Lawsuits happen, they will get it figured out, or they wont. I'm really hoping that they get it figured out

its the most word any of us have received (unsolicated) so at least that is something. I bet the arbitration expiration dates are during Q1 of 2011 and this is why he is talking about Q2 2011 to have the trucks here.

I am waiting for Nov 15th to see what is going on since this was the date Andy got from Mr. Perez.

GV owns the list of folks who signed up for a test drive. M&M does not have access to the list that GV has

I see they have not changed the spec sheet at all. I do not think they have access to all of the test results from Mahindra. THey may also be testing the mailing to see how many come back undeliverable.

I'll repeat myself and ask for a poll on how many think we will get the truck in the spring.
