I promise it’s not scary, but I do enjoy stirring the cauldron on occasion.

Based on what? You might be right, but we've only heard one side of the story.

How about based on M&M stating that they did not have to comply w/ US law for starters...
Their refusal to accept an order for vehicles they deemd ready for the US
Their "sour grapes" attitude 'cause GV wouldn't sell-out to them
Their obvious knowledge that ~350 US dealerships put down $ for an opportunity to sell the TR's, and they told them all to 'FO' by not allowing the trucks to be purchased, therefore putting more US familes in jeopardy

...just off the top of my admittedly pointy little head

Look man,m&m has had every opportunity to "come clean" on the whole deal and have chosen a lot less then honorable way to operate.I don't understand your posts on this at all.GV has done/accomplished everything they were supposed to do,up to and including showing m&m $35mil in cash to bring in the trucks. What don't you understand about this? There is no gag order about this lawsuit that I'm aware of so why does m&m still chose to operate behind closed doors? Why doesn't m&m just make a VIABLE statement to the press and announce a shipping date? Why is m&m now trying to "highjack" the dealer network that GV has put together as per the contract?I axe you....
