OK I was watching the new IRT "Deadliest Roads" and they were driving in India (I seen plenty of Mahindra trucks) and thinking to my self that Mahindra and Global Vehicles squawking about making sure they are good enough for the USA is a bunch of BS if these trucks can survive the crazy roads and drivers over there then they will be fine here in the USA .

Here in the USA the vehicles have to meet a lot more govt regs then they do in India.

I believe the OP is talking about being accepted as Durable by the American Public. And I believe hiluxxulih is correct. American roads are no challenge for the Mahindra vehicles compared to what India throws at them.

Now what 1% of those who actually abuse trucks will do them is another issue.

Yep good preview, by the way my roads look somewhat like a smaller version of the same ones in the video, except they are rougher. When trucks come down the mountain, they have to send a flagmen 20 minutes ahead to stop traffic because there is no room to pass and except for hitting trees, the drop off is about 200 ft straight down. Had more then one truck loose a backhoe or bulldozer on the bottom 180 degree turn. Maybe I should post some pics. Hoping Mahindra will let me have a TR20 so I can test for them. Last week we had to pull a Jeep Cherokee out from the low water crossing, the driver misjudged the depth and water was over his hood. Maybe I need to develop a show called "Hillbilly Rock Haulers". It would show our local methheads crawling up the mountain with an old Ranger pickup bed full of rocks, bed riding on it axles and rocks falling off the back.

I wish this show would have debuted before I joined this forum...

Because then my screen name would have been "HornOKPlease".
