Default GV order rejected officially

Register to stop seeing this ad!

Well folks it looks like M&M has rejected the latest GV order for trucks. It posted on the mahindra.com website in the media cube.

It sounds very much as if Mahindra is trying to go directly to GV's dealer network.

So long as they get here I don't care who distributes them. Hopefully the courts can work quickly on a final ruling (judging by courts this should only take about 16 months)

Unless its appealed by the losing side all the way up the judicial ladder to the Supreme Court...

It could be YEARS before these things actually appear in the US...

I can see them coming to some kind of settlement before a judge makes a ruling. Right now it's about getting the most favorable financial arrangement by each side, it doesn't work in favor of either party to spend months or years in court. If it does go to court I'd say everybody loses.
