My, my, my!

We sure are getting negative here.....

C'mon! I'm out of the market because I need every penny I can get a hold of to pay down my home loan! That certainly does not mean that I'm "throwing in the towel" when it comes to Mahindra!

I know the sales representative was very excited!

sorry, ACK i was just being silly. That is cool that someone actually has a sign up although it looks like a temporary one. I feel like there is some light at the end of the long tunnel finally.

gomjabber, I nearly mentioned them too instead of the Veracruz but figured I better stay more PC

This comes from the article MP posted above...........

Mahindra’s diesel pick-up trucks can carry 1.5 tons and pull up to three tons while getting 30 to 40 miles a gallon. The price range is between $18,000 and $24,000, which is less than the Dodge trucks’ price range of $25,000 to $55,000, Estes said.

30 to 40 mpg

Yup, Estes was on the way to Attica Indiana where I worked on planning for the 2010 ZookiMelt in July. Zookimelt is one of the largest national gatherings of Suzuki Samurai/Sidekick/Geo Tracker offroaders in the US.

I had read that article and thought I'd stop by and visit. They were freaky-nice to me!

Took me a while to find it in the pic. I mean, the second chick is way to the right of the pic. Had to scroll.

On a serious note, its good to see dealers doing their part in letting people know abt M&M.. Also, "internets" seem to have lot more autoblog copycat M&M stories these days..

that Estes article is pretty old and I wouldn't believe any information contained in it for any values, specs, etc. but it is nice to see them moving ahead with things. It is promising news to those of us who have seen or heard little activity up to this point.

The sole Idaho dealer has no idea abotu anything and thats if you can actually talk to someone who claims to know they are a Mahindra dealer.
