It's been heard that Chinese cars will end up in the States in the next couple of years. The big brand that I hear about is BYD. This article makes them sound pretty cheesy though: WikiLeaks reveals disturbing business practices of Buffett's BYD — Autoblog

Quite honestly I've yet to see any electric or hybrid that's worth the cost .
