The eletrical problems may not be a big deal. I bought a 1981 Mazda GLC, a 1983 Mazda truck and a 1987 Mazda 626. All three had the exact same carburation problem, and all were fixed under warrently and otherwise trouble free (Well, I did not have the GLC long, but I had the truck for 11 years and 626 for 13 years). I do not mind one time problems that are fixed for free and stay fixed.
