Seems silly not to. Factories can be bought/leased for very good prices given all the recent downsizing. I would assume it would be the typical bolt them together chicken tax avoidance like with the Sprinter i believe. I can't see them investing in "actual" manufacturing until they sell them here for a few years unless they really think the dollar is going to drop...
