They are expecting 23 mpg highway rating on a half ton pick up with more power and about the same torque as a 5.4L v8. That impresses me.

If memory serves me HP and torque were about the same on the 3.5 ecoboost. something around 350 lbs of it. At least it is a flat curve starting around 1500-1800 RPM like you mentioned in a previous post. that is more than the 4.6 but not the 5.4
I'm sure it will work just fine for a lot of people
