I'm betting it means a hitch platform, and 4-7 wire connector. Maybe a remote tranny cooler or larger one in the radiator. Controller wiring or even a full controller are relatively new even to the domestics.
then again, our guess is as good as theirs...
(in any event, controllers don't cost much to purchase and are simple to install.)
