Logic
Let's look at facts. Mahindra has missed deployment of this vehicle into the U.S. market for more than a year. GV has embrassed itself and set a new standard as an inaccurate information provider. The Springfield, Ohio newspapers have zero stories about Mahindra locating there and building trucks. Even if the trucks were on their way, the dealer network is pitiful, to say the least. Many of these dealers have no experience with auto customer service which is way different than tractor servicing. With the height of auto shows taking place, someone please name an auto show that Mahindra showed up at with one of these trucks? Yet, these trucks will be in show rooms and available to the public by April? SURE!!!!! Also, with the weak delaer network and no in-country manufacturing, imagine if a tranny goes out. You will have to wait for it to come from India. I hope they have a good loaner program. Then again, they may loan you a tractor to use while you wait for the transmission.
Have any dealers taken orders with a contracted delivery date? Has anyone ordered a Mahindra truck from a dealer with a PROMISED delivery date yet?
