I have a 65 gallon plastic tank with molded legs to sit across the bed of my 92 Ranger P-U with a drain valve attached. I simply fill it with water @ roughly 8lbs/gal, until I have 25-30 gallons and leave it all winter. You can use 1/2 gal of antifreeze to keep it from freezing hard. It has plenty of room for expansion and can easily be drained and removed. If you have any questions I can post a picture of the set up.
